Ian Perkins has been unbelievable for me in the short time we worked together. I started working with Ian after the 6 nations where I was not physically at my best. I can say that I have seen a huge improvement in my performance. I feel lighter and stronger and that’s why I continue to work with Ian after my move to Hartpury.
